Donna Libbey Martin is a graduate of the University of Maine (B.S. summa cum laude, 1995 and B.A. summa cum laude, 1996) and the University of Maine School of Law. Donna’s practice includes business law, all areas of family law, and general litigation.
Donna is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine and for over a decade has maintained a general practice in both states. Her areas of practice include, but are not limited to, criminal law, civil litigation, land and forestry disputes, insurance and construction litigation, administrative law, divorce, child custody litigation and international custody disputes including Federal litigation under the Hague Convention. Donna’s individual practice, North Shore Family Law, located at Koufman & Frederick, LLP., focuses on all areas of family law in Massachusetts.
