Jim Frederick is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Texas Law School. Beginning in 1986, he was an Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, prosecuting cases in District & Superior Courts. In 1990, Jim served as an associate at Gallagher & Gallagher, PC, and concentrated in personal injury defense, including complex construction, products liability, premises liability, liquor liability and lead poisoning cases. Jim's focus is now insurance defense and criminal law.
Areas of practice: personal injury defense litigation, including premise liability, construction accidents; criminal defense, limited plaintiff’s personal injury practice (excluding medical malpractice) and mediation of civil litigation cases. Insurers represented include Travelers, AIG, Lumber and Seaco Insurance Companies. Continuing jury trial practice in Superior Courts of Middlesex, Plymouth, Norfolk, Essex and Suffolk Counties and in Federal District Court in Boston.
