Mary C. Eiro-Bartevyan
Attorney Eiro-Bartevyan attended Suffolk University and received a B.S. in Government. During law school, Attorney Eiro-Bartevyan began working as an intern for the legal department of the Massachusetts Department of Correction.
After graduating from Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Eiro-Bartevyan continued working for the Department of Correction where, for nearly a decade, she served as counsel for the Department focusing in the area of civil rights. Her practice also included medical negligence, and tort defense. Oftentimes, Attorney Eiro-Bartevyan petitioned for Myers Orders on behalf of the Commissioner of Correction and medical guardianships, and Roger's Orders. She left the Department to join Koufman & Frederick, LLP, where she has concentrated in civil rights, medical malpractice, insurance defense, domestic relations, construction law, business litigation and employment discrimination.
