Mr. Caleb Koufman brilliant attorney. He knows his job like a 5 star Pilot. Thank you very much Sir. Appreciate your help in my case. -Alex

  • “An Angel” 5-Stars

I got charged with a crime and I had no record. Caleb kept it that way! He was an angel! He got the case dismissed prior to arraignment, so it never even entered on my record. And this was during COVID. Everything was backed up with that court in Waltham, but Caleb kept the ball rolling and he saved my future career. I can’t thank you enough, Caleb! -Janet

  • 5-Stars

Attorney Koufman represented me on an OUI trail and he got the Not Guilty! This was a long and painstaking process because covid delayed everything and because of this being my first and only offense, but Attorney Koufman was in constant communication with me and very reassuring. At the trial, Attorney Koufman used the officer’s police report to show the officer was making things up. His cross examination was impressive. His closing was great too. And his courtroom presence sealed the deal. Hire him!! -Anonymous

  • “Caleb Koufman saves the day!”

Wow, how lucky could a defendant be to have Attorney Caleb Koufman as his defense lawyer. Caleb worked diligently to get my 2 criminal cases dismissed. He was always available by phone, text, or email. He even visited me regularly in county jail while my bail had been revoked. His dedication and persistence to fighting my case was impressive. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of both matters that he represented me on. I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking legal representation. -Anthony

  • “An attorney who communicates and fights.” 5-Stars

Caleb will fight harder than any other attorney for you. Caleb represented me on two probation violations and he refused to back down. Even when the court officer tried to kick me out of the building telling me to join Zoom court, Caleb defended me in the hallway and then got the judge to tell the court officer to let me stay for the full hearing. It needed to be in-person because there was going to be live testimony, according to Caleb. Caleb was right. Caleb demanded full probation hearings, with testimony, both times, and both times, we won. I have no violations on my record during the times that Caleb represented me. Sometimes, it’s easier for people to do what’s easy for the court and for probation, but Caleb won’t do that. He will fight for you and get you the result you deserve. And, also unlike other attorneys, he will maintain an open line of communication with you the whole time. You should hire him. -Scott

  • “Communicates and Gets Results” 5-Stars

Attorney Koufman represented me on a criminal matter in Waltham District Court. He’s clearly a regular in that court. He knows all the personnel and I think the judges really like him because everything he asked for was granted. I got a great result and he got all the money that I owed waived. Add to that the fact that he was easy to reach for the whole time he represented me. This attorney calls and texts you back and he cares about your life! You should hire him! -Haley

  • “Above and Beyond” 5-Stars

So I’d like to say that if you are looking for a dedicated and loyal and committed lawyer Caleb Koufman would be your lawyer. I just recently had a case that was dismissed. Assault and Battery Fare evasion Lawyer was so committed to paying attention to every detail that I have been accused of. Every day he always provided me with new information regarding my case Day before the actual trial we went over and went over the testimony in order to be prepared for the case. Heard that word was that I am a minority I am a bi-racial person and the [DA] was determined to press charges against me. During the process I lost an opportunity at a job and I also lost my arm Section 8 housing I was a nervous wreck everyday I was reassured by my lawyer. He gave me the confidence that I needed to be patient and to work and fight through the issues And the one advice that I would give during the pandemic that he graciously gave to me was that if something’s worth fighting for Demand the dignity and Respect as well as the appropriate place to be heard. Present yourself in a respectful manner Most important research the case the charges and the lawyer. -Lanette
