When necessary, our firm is prepared to file claims, on our clients’ behalf, with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and/or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). From there, our attorneys will assist our clients with navigating the legal process, which may require the filing of a lawsuit in state or federal court.
