Victor Koufman together with Melissa Garand and Mary Eiro-Bartevyan use our offices in Salem and Boston. James Frederick primarily uses our Brookline office, and Francis Mayo and Patrick DeIulis primarily use our Salem office. Our partners, Victor Koufman & James Frederick, are skilled at preparing for trial and at connecting with juries. While serving in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, both partners prosecuted many cases in both the District and Superior Court, which allowed them to develop their skills presenting cases before judges and juries. Subsequently, both partners continued being active in the courtroom by beginning their own busy practices that focused on trial work in several areas of the law including criminal law, family law, personal injury, business litigation and insurance defense.
In 2003, our partners joined their skills to create Koufman & Frederick, LLP. Now, each partner has more than 25 years of experience in negotiations and litigation that he brings with the assistance of the other to each case handled by Koufman & Frederick, LLP. Their ability to prepare for trial and try cases, often results in favorable settlements.
