Victor Koufman is a graduate of Harvard College and Northeastern
University School of Law. With over eighteen years' experience in
negotiations and litigation, Victor's practice includes general litigation,
insurance defense, contract negotiations and disputes, and real estate.
For five years he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the
Middlesex District Attorney's Office in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He also served as an associate at the Boston law firm of Hale &
Dorr, until he established his own practice and firm in 1992. |

Jim Frederick is a graduate of Stanford University and the University
of Texas Law School. Beginning in 1986, he was an Assistant District
Attorney for Middlesex County, prosecuting cases in District &
Superior Courts. In 1990, Jim served as an associate at Gallagher
& Gallagher, PC, and concentrated in personal injury defense,
including complex construction, products liability, premises liability,
liquor liability and lead poisoning cases. Jim's focus is now insurance
defense and criminal law. |

Mary Eiro-Bartevyan is a graduate of Suffolk University, Magna
Cum Laude, and Suffolk University Law School. For nearly a decade,
Mary served as a counsel in the Massachusetts Department of Correction,
concentrating on civil rights, medical negligence, and tort defense.
Mary’s primary area of practice is insurance defense.

Melissa Garand is a graduate of the University of Toledo, College
of Law and Northeastern University, Cum Laude. As the former General
Counsel to the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office, Melissa brings
more than 15 years of litigation experience to the firm. Melissa’s
primary areas of practice include civil litigation, medical malpractice
and domestic relations. |

David Hallinan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati
and Suffolk University Law School. Since 1988, David has served as
Executive Director and Supervising Attorney for Essex County Bar Association
Advocates, Inc., where he has managed the representation of indigent
criminal defendants. David was also partner in the law firm of Bowes,
Hallinan and Derosier. David is a hearing officer for the Massachusetts
Board of Bar Overseers and has served on the Board of Directors for
the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services. |

graduating Boston College School of Management and Suffolk University
Law School, Patrick was associated with Touche, Ross & Co, where
he concentrated on individual and business tax matters. Since 1990,
Patrick has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate,
estate planning, taxation, business law, contracts and construction
law, while he has served as general counsel for a corporation. |
