Criminal Defense
Attorney Victor Koufman worked as a supervisor for the Middlesex District Attorney's Office in the late 80's before starting a criminal defense firm in Salem, Massachusetts, that he eventually migrated to downtown Boston so that KLG could more easily access state courts throughout Massachusetts. Bringing his experiences as a public defender in Framingham, Massachusetts, to KLG, Attorney Caleb Koufman boasts a robust Superior Court and District Court criminal defense practice that focuses on the defense of allegations involving violence, controlled substances, and motor vehicle offenses. KLG benefits from the experience of a third criminal defense practitioner, Attorney Peter Tison, whose practice focuses on the District Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
